Nursing Home - Chef
Salary: From 1st April: £14.03 per hour
(£27,000 per annum) plus enhanced overtime rates.

Location: Residential care home for older people, based in Newcastle
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking to recruit an experienced chef to join our care home team. The successful candidate will be well organised, highly motivated, able to work flexibly and enthusiastically. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and will have the autonomy to create nutritious, healthy meals to meet the varied dietary needs of our residents. You will also be responsible for stock control and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS).
