Maintenance Manager.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 pa. 

Closing date: 1 January 2021. 

Location: Working in our Head Office in Newcastle. 

Hours: 35 hours per week. 

The role

Do you have a trade or excellent DIY skills? Can you undertake all aspects of general maintenance and co-ordinate a small maintenance team and external contractors? If so, we’d like to hear from you.

You must be willing to deal with all aspects of general maintenance associated with the charity’s sites, possess good communication skills, be flexible, and hold a full clean UK driving licence. On occasion, the role may require working evening and weekends.

You will be working throughout the North East in our services for vulnerable people and a certificate from the Disclosure and Barring service will be required.
