Registered Manager for adults with learning disability.

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 pa. 

Closing date: 1 January 2021. 

Location: Working in our specialist Short Break Centre in Newcastle. 

Hours: Flexible over a 7 day rota. 

The role

We are looking to recruit a Residential Manager for our specialist residential home for young adults with disabilities, based at our Alan Shearer Centre in Newcastle.

The home offers longer-term accommodation for up to five people. The Residential Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management, including outstanding service delivery, training and development of the staff team and building upon the excellent relationships already established with fellow professionals and regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced in working alongside adults with complex needs, will possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and will have gained, or be working towards, a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care for Adults Management.
