We are looking for a male support worker to assist a gentleman living with autism who requires 2:1 support within in a solo provision in a specialist residential service.
The ideal candidate should be flexible as supporting individuals with their daily living involves working evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis including waking nights and sleep ins. We recognise the importance of a work life balance, so your rota is prepared in advance. Your manager will aim to be flexible for instance if you have something special going on.
