Residential Care Officer

Working with children who may have had numerous placement breakdowns and who can present difficult challenging behaviours.

Location: Darlington
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 pa fte
Closing date: 30 January 18

Hours: Full or part-time hours available, over a 7 day rota basis.

Relief Staff

We are looking for people to work on a casual and flexible basis to cover holidays, sickness, absence and to provide an extra pair of hands during our busy periods. Good communication skills, reliability and a genuine interest in working with vulnerable children/adults are required. If you are interested in casual working arrangements, or a looking to return to work, or to gain skills and experience in the care sector we would like to hear from you.

Foster Carers

If you are over 21, have a spare room and are committed to transforming a child's life, Fostering North East would love to hear from you.

Location: Newcastle
Salary: Earn up to £518 per week

Our professional, friendly fostering agency, is part of St Cuthbert's Care and we are looking for people from around the region who are interested in becoming foster carers to children up to the age of 18. Whether you already have fostering experience or are considering becoming a foster carer for the first time, our dedicated team is available to provide help and support 24 hours a day. Full training is provided and training updates with inclusive childcare are regularly available for our carers.
