Activities Co-ordinator/Carer.

Salary: £17,413 pa (£9.05 per hour). 

Closing date: 1 January 2021. 

Location: Working in our residential and nursing home for older people in Newcastle. 

Hours: Full and Part time over a 7 day rota. 

The role

Working in a residential and nursing home for older people in Newcastle, you should believe passionately about safeguarding the rights and dignities of older people and be able to deliver the highest standards of care with compassion and understanding; provide a wide range of activities to interest and stimulate the physical and mental well-being of our residents making our home a vibrant place to live. Demonstrating the ability to plan a calendar of activities to motivate and engage older people.

Our ideal candidate will hold a Diploma level 2 Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

Part time hours are available over a 7 day rota basis, which include evenings/weekends.
