Deputy Manager.

Salary: £25,000.

Location: Working in our specialist Residential Centre in Newcastle

Hours: 37 hours per week. 

We are looking to recruit a deputy manager to work with adults with a range of disabilities and complex needs in our specialist residential service in Newcastle.

You will support the Registered Manager to:

  • Lead and direct our outstanding care team
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Ensure timescales are met in line with CQC and Charity protocols
  • Contribute to the recruitment and continuous training and development of the staff team
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the day to day management of the home in the absence of the manager

 

You should have:

  • Have experience and knowledge of working with adults with a range of disabilities and complex needs.
  • Be able to work to your own initiative as well as working as part of a team to implement a high quality service at all times.
  • A Diploma level 3, Health and Social Care of an equivalent qualification
  • A flexible approach to your hours of work
  • A full driving licence and the use of a car for business use
