Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 pa fte.

The role

Due to retirement, we have an opportunity for a HR officer to join our charity. This role will suit someone who has excellent organisational and administrative skills and a hands-on approach.

The successful candidate will lead on all recruitment activities – selection of candidates, interviewing and appointment, support with absence and performance processes and all other routine HR support.

This is an ideal post for anyone who wishes to develop a career within HR as a CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. However, you should have use of a car for business needs.
