Salary: £10.10 ph. Plus £67.65 sleep-in payment
and w
elcome bonus of up to £350.

Location: Working in our independent supported living homes in Newcastle/Cramlington. 

Hours: Full and part time roles over a 7 day rota.

The role

This role will involve supporting individuals in developing life skills to live independently, encourage community engagement, maintaining friendships and interests, and help them to build their confidence and self-esteem.

Full training will be provided to staff, and there will be the opportunity to undertake qualifications for a health and social care certificate.

About you

We are looking to recruit confident, caring, and compassionate individuals to join our Outstanding Independent Supported Living Services based in Newcastle and Cramlington.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities. If you can build and maintain positive relationships, provide excellent person-centred care and enjoy working on a 1-1 basis, as well as part of a team we would love to hear from you.
