We offer training, qualifications, variety and progression within the charity

I applied to work for St Cuthbert’s Care based on the care values they displayed on their website. I’m delighted that I am able to see first-hand the values of the charity being put into practice each day. St Cuthbert’s Care puts the needs of every service user first and always looks for ways to improve their lifestyle and support. The charity's values reflect my own and I am fully supported to implement these each day. I'm proud to work for St Cuthbert's Care and of the service we provide at the Alan Shearer Specialist Residential Home.
