Hours: Full and part time over a 7 day rota
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring individual who can provide a wide range of activities to interest and stimulate the physical and mental wellbeing of our residents.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in a similar role
• Creativity and the ability to plan and deliver a wide range of activities to motivate and engage older people
• Understanding and compassion to encourage residents to maintain existing hobbies and incorporate individual interests into the activity programme
• The right values, behaviours and attitudes - a commitment to quality and providing excellence – to safeguard the dignity and respect of our residents
• The highest standards of care with compassion and understanding
This role will also include care tasks as and when required.
